Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.
Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and place it on your original reusable mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email.
